File transfer utility app for mobile
Arc - Seamless File Sharing is a free utility application for mobile devices from developer Quadren. It's a file sharing app that supports all types of files from documents to media and has no file size limits. It works cross-platform and boasts a simple two-step process.
Much like Share Karo: File Transfer App and XShare - Transfer & Share All, Arc - Seamless File Sharing makes it easy to send files between devices on the same network. An active internet connection is not required for it to work, all transfers utilize industry-standard encryption for added privacy and security.
Transfer anything
If you need to send something from your PC to your smartphone, and vice-versa, just plug it in and transfer it away. While it's an effective method, it can also be inconvenient at times, since you always need a data cable to facilitate everything. That is why wireless transfer protocols were developed and became popular, and Arc - Seamless File Sharing is one of them.
Upon opening this program, you are to set a custom device name by which others can identify you with. Tap next and a QR code will be shown for scanning and pairing. Once confirmed and paired, a file manager will appear to start browsing files. Utilize the shortcuts up top for videos, images, documents, and the like for faster navigation. Select the ones you want, and proceed with sending.
Go into the Settings page, and you can do things like check your Transfer History, as well as enable a Progress Bar to track transfers and set how long you want to be discoverable to other devices on your network. The app does suffer from occasional connection issues, though. Hopefully, it's something that can be fixed in an update soon.
